中国电话营销,没有多少人问您好,如今打电话方便吗?

1、调研

在客户官网或社交网站上,掌握客户企业的现况、新品等,并寻找的负责人名字

2、销售话术

打电话前,先写出想要表达的信息,坚持练习。假如在网络上掌握客户企业的信息偏少,再准备一些问题,立即提出问题。

3、录音

录音的目的在于听电话后聊天说话情景,取其精华去其去其糟粕,不断提升与国外客户的对谈,提升碰到不一样情景后的适应力。

你就应该在极短的时间清晰地表示自己。你是谁呀,你做什么,你来源于哪个公司,你的公司优点,你在这个行业上与谁合作了,你关键客户种类这些。好多人打电话很敷衍。打电话后,他们也会等候对方采购问题,另一方可能会说一些问题done,在你开始介绍你企业的优势以前,另一方对你的态度不够,因此打电话前应准备好具体内容,最好是在30秒准备好表述必须表达出来的信息。这类会话十分切合实际和高效率,能够把握另一方attention。

Gatekeeper:

Whom would you like to speak to ?

We:

1)假如你提前知道你必须找谁

Hi,this is * (name) from *(company),can i speak to * (name) please?

2)也不知道该找谁

Hi,this is * (name) from *(company),i wish i knew whom i want to speak to ,but i dont ,i think i need a little big of help.please

Gatekeeper:

Ok,i would like to help,may i ask what this regarding/may i ask what is this call regarding/whats this in reference to ?

We: 销售话术参照

i am calling for the cooperation of * products,we are a Chinese supplier and we are worked with some US customers for 8 years with good reputation and trade records.

Can i talk to someone for purchasing ,or importing work? which person you think it is right one i should talk to ?

Ok,let me write down his/her name

And do you know his/hers email address , please ? you knew .sometimes people out of office . if that , i could write an email to his/her as well.

跟Gatekeeper语音通话标准:

1、be honest

I am calling because. am calling for am calling for sth.

2、serve a question back

假如在网上搜不上购置信息,能去Gatekeeper求助,不必仅仅解答问题,随后追随自己的问题,寻找获得更多的信息的办法。

下列为例:

A:Is it a sales call?

B:Yes,i am calling from China,we are factory of * products,may i knew ...

A:Sorry,i dont know that

B: Could you please connect me with the purchasing department ,please?(顺带问帮助,语句上用了两个please,表现出了十分希望别人的支持)

3、prepare a list of answer to question

准备好客户很有可能提的问题回答,提升通话音质

下列为例:

A : Hi,good morning ,i wonder if i can speak to Jack please?

B : he is not in office right now

A : do you know when he will back

B : he is attending some meeting in other cities,i dont know when he will back

A : ok ,look,this is * (name) from *(company), a Chinese company who produce * products,i am calling for the cooperation of *products..., is there anyone else in purchasing department you think i can speak to?

A : could you please let me knew his email address ?

B : sorry i dont know his email address.would you like to leave a voicemail message?

A : Well,i didnt contact him before. So i would like to call back again later. Thank you .

1.评论标准:keep it short and simple (温度控制在30-40秒)

2、get to the right point. 舍弃问好,比如hi ,how are you doing等

3.评论的关键所在具体内容?画完后坚持练习(例如the key point is not to introduce ourselves,but to ...,留言内容最好是与客户取得联系,需有使用价值)

4.如果你之前推送过电子邮箱,大家可以提示客户查验电子邮箱。如果你不清楚电子邮箱,你可以在信息中留有网址或电子邮件
